Relationship Manager (Technical Sales)

CRC Credit Bureau Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager (Technical Sales) to build and manage strong client relationships while driving revenue through consultative, solution-based selling. This role bridges business development and technology by translating client needs into technical solutions and ensuring long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Understand client business goals and align company solutions to meet those needs
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
  • Present and explain products, platforms, APIs, or systems in a clear, business-friendly way
  • Support product demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and onboarding sessions
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate client needs into functional requirements
  • Drive sales pipeline development from lead generation to deal closure
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients
  • Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
  • Track sales performance and meet agreed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Provide client feedback to product teams

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of technical products (APIs, SaaS platforms, digital systems, or data-driven solutions)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with engineers, product managers, and technical documentation

Relationship & Sales Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Consultative and solution-oriented sales mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
