Relationship Manager (Technical Sales)
CRC Credit Bureau Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager (Technical Sales) to build and manage strong client relationships while driving revenue through consultative, solution-based selling. This role bridges business development and technology by translating client needs into technical solutions and ensuring long-term customer success.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client business goals and align company solutions to meet those needs
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Present and explain products, platforms, APIs, or systems in a clear, business-friendly way
- Support product demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and onboarding sessions
- Work closely with technical teams to translate client needs into functional requirements
- Drive sales pipeline development from lead generation to deal closure
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Track sales performance and meet agreed revenue targets
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide client feedback to product teams
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of technical products (APIs, SaaS platforms, digital systems, or data-driven solutions)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working with engineers, product managers, and technical documentation
Relationship & Sales Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Consultative and solution-oriented sales mindset
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
