About the role
Administrative Assistant (Office Support)
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure proper record keeping and efficient office processes
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: National Diploma (ND)
- Not older than 27 years
- Males are strongly encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary
N117,000 Net Monthly
