About the role

Administrative Assistant (Office Support)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure proper record keeping and efficient office processes
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: National Diploma (ND)
  • Not older than 27 years
  • Males are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary

N117,000 Net Monthly
