Customer Service HMO Officer

Cursor ERP Solution Limited is seeking a Customer Service HMO Officer to provide nutrition-related support and guidance to clients in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess their dietary needs based on their health status, exercise routine, and eating habits
• Develop and assist in implementing personalized nutrition plans
• Provide guidance on healthy living and monitor clients' progress
• Manage and coordinate the consultation calendar to ensure efficient scheduling
• Explain nutrition-related information in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
• Educate clients on the benefits of maintaining a healthy diet

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of biochemistry, research methods, and human physiology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate and support clients effectively

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month
