Customer Service/Front of House Officer (NYSC)

Nicole Sinclair Consulting is hiring a Customer Service/Front of House Officer for their Lagos office. This is a NYSC service-year placement role ideal for recent graduates looking to gain professional experience in customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, manage visitor interactions, handle administrative tasks, and support hospitality operations.

Requirements

• Minimum HND/Bachelor's degree qualification
• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service orientation
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or administrative roles is an advantage
• Interest in fitness, wellness, and hospitality is an added advantage

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
