Role Overview
Steuart Nutrition is seeking a remote Software Developer to own the customization of their training app. You will build features, integrations, and automations using AI coding tools and turn requests from teams into working solutions.
Responsibilities
- Learn and customize the training app
- Build features, integrations, and automations with AI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and Grok
- Turn rough requests from plant and office teams into working solutions
- Document your work for others to use and maintain
- Provide regular, clear progress updates
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development
- Strong skill with AI-assisted coding
- Track record of quickly learning unfamiliar platforms and codebases
- Experience with APIs, web apps, and integrations (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python preferred)
- Excellent written English and consistent communication
- Able to overlap at least 4 hours a day with US Eastern Time
