Marketing Field Executive

Richesse Oriental Enterprise (ROENT) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Field Executive to drive product visibility, availability, and sales across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will execute market activations, build relationships with distributors and retailers, gather market intelligence, and support brand growth through field marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market activations within assigned territories.
• Ensure product availability and adequate stock levels across retail outlets.
• Monitor pricing, stock rotation, product visibility, and brand compliance.
• Install and maintain POS materials in retail locations.
• Identify, register, and maintain a database of sub-distributors and retail outlets.
• Educate customers on product benefits, pricing, margins, and distribution channels.
• Direct retailers and semi-bulk buyers to approved wholesalers and distributors.
• Distribute promotional and product information to customers and trade partners.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market presence.
• Gather market feedback and submit timely reports.
• Create engaging field content, including photos, videos, and written updates for marketing channels.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG field marketing, trade marketing, sales activation, BTL marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of distributor networks, retail pricing, modern trade, general trade, and the FMCG value chain.
• Experience in executing market activations and deploying POS materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Pidgin and simple English.
• Basic photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera.
• Willingness to travel regularly to markets, distributor warehouses, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
• Strong communication, reporting, and relationship management skills.

Salary ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
