Marketer - Rivers

We are seeking a results-driven Marketer to join Dicalo Consulting Group and drive business growth through effective market execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing growth strategies, managing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare performance reports
• Identify opportunities to increase product distribution and market visibility
• Oversee distributor performance through market visits, ride-alongs, and regular performance reviews
• Execute sales plans aligned with overall business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other commercial stakeholders
• Track and achieve sales KPIs while ensuring excellence in execution
• Maintain accurate records of distributor activities and performance
• Provide ongoing support and training to distributors while identifying new growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or distribution management
• Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
