Stock Accountant – Pinnacle Oil & Gas Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Stock Accountant to manage petroleum product inventory, coordinate cargo operations, and maintain accurate stock records in our storage facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-cargo meetings and cargo receipt plans with vessel management
• Line up pipelines and tanks to receive and load petroleum products
• Oversee valve operations and offloading of bulk petroleum products from vessels into tank arms
• Supervise dipping operations by cargo surveyors
• Perform daily dipping of products in tanks and maintain dead stock records
• Coordinate periodic stock-take exercises with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct ullaging of loaded trucks to verify loaded quantities
• Account for product stock in storage tanks and perform periodic reconciliations
• Ensure daily reconciliation of physical stock balance with ERP records
• Prepare and send daily stock reports
• Maintain a product loading register
• Liaise with operations teams to seal tanks for cargo receipts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in petroleum stock management
• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge (MS Dynamics)
• Professional qualification (ICAN/ACCA is an advantage)
