South West Zone - Thrift Marketer / Collector

LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited is recruiting a Thrift Marketer/Collector for the South West Zone. This role involves acquiring new savings account clients, conducting daily collection visits, managing client relationships, and maintaining brand presence in assigned catchment areas.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and open specified savings accounts
• Conduct daily visits to clients in markets, shops, and other locations to collect savings
• Plan and optimize routine visits to minimize operational costs
• Ensure excellent client service and fair treatment
• Monitor competitor activities and outperform them in assigned areas
• Reconcile and report activities accurately to supervisors
• Manage client complaints professionally
• Maintain and expand LAPO MfB's brand reputation
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Education: NCE or OND in Finance, Marketing, IT/Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in customer relationship management and marketing
• Proficiency with computer devices (smartphone or tablet)
• Professional qualifications in relevant fields are an advantage
