About the role
HR Generalist
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Surulere, Lagos. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end HR functions while ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer payroll and employee benefits
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Support performance management and employee development
- Ensure compliance with labour laws
- Handle employee relations and workplace issues
- Coordinate training and development programmes
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in or around Surulere, Lagos
Salary
