UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Giftcard8, you will create seamless and engaging digital experiences for our fintech platforms. You will combine aesthetic excellence with analytical thinking to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces while working closely with product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI components
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate ideas and facilitate stakeholder visualization
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and deliver user-centered solutions
• Utilize A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize product engagement
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides for consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with developers during handoff to ensure final product matches design specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, product design, or related field in a technology-driven environment
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience in journey mapping, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions
• Strong attention to detail for visual assets, icons, and illustrations aligned with brand identity
• Strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder presentations
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent professional design certification
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with responsiveness to feedback

Salary N200,000 - N250,000 per month
