We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and drive organizational growth through effective talent management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior HR role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Salary N200,000 – N500,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)
