Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and support organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resource management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

Salary: ₦400,000 / Month plus other benefits (This may go up depending on experience).
