About the role
Turkish Desk Manager
Access Bank is seeking a Turkish Desk Manager to establish and maintain relationships within the local Turkish business community while overseeing engagement with key industry players, including SMEs, corporates, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships within the local Turkish business community
- Oversee and lead engagement with key industry players, including SMEs, corporates, and other stakeholders
- Identify commercial opportunities and understand clients' business models
- Foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience
- Strong interest in impact investing and sustainable business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services or banking experience
- A recognized professional certification
- Knowledge of Nigerian languages
