Marketing Supervisor

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead brand visibility, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies within our fashion and beauty business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth
• Manage digital and offline marketing activities, promotions, and product launches
• Oversee social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and trends
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, activations, and promotional events
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Supervisor or Marketing Executive within Fashion, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, or Personal Care industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
