Site Supervisor – Cappa and D'Alberto Ltd

We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on large-scale projects in Lagos. The successful candidate will ensure quality standards, coordinate teams, and maintain safety compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Interpret structural drawings and guide site workers on implementation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain efficient project execution.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
• Monitor compliance with site regulations and company standards.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering or Building.
• Proven experience working on high-rise buildings, blocks of flats, shopping malls, office developments, and other large-scale construction projects.
• Must be a resident of Lagos.
• Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.
