About the role

Sales Executive – Lagos

Join M-KOPA's Sales Team as a Sales Executive and drive digital and financial inclusion across Nigeria. In this role, you'll lead a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives, monitor sales targets, develop local networks, and ensure every customer interaction reflects M-KOPA's trusted brand values.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
  • Monitor and deliver sales targets while developing local networks
  • Craft and execute powerful sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns, fine-tuning for results
  • Manage DSR inventory and handle audit recommendations in line with company policies
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to shape future strategies

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in FinTech, Microfinance, Telecommunications, FMCG, or related industries
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Expertise in team motivation and leadership
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and maximize performance
