About the role
Sales Executive – Lagos
Join M-KOPA's Sales Team as a Sales Executive and drive digital and financial inclusion across Nigeria. In this role, you'll lead a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives, monitor sales targets, develop local networks, and ensure every customer interaction reflects M-KOPA's trusted brand values.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
- Monitor and deliver sales targets while developing local networks
- Craft and execute powerful sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns, fine-tuning for results
- Manage DSR inventory and handle audit recommendations in line with company policies
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Provide comprehensive reporting to shape future strategies
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in FinTech, Microfinance, Telecommunications, FMCG, or related industries
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Expertise in team motivation and leadership
- Process-oriented mindset
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and maximize performance
- Fast-paced learning and adaptation capability
