Early Years Teacher

Kaplen International Community School is seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher with a strong understanding of early childhood education and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences for young children.
• Implement the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework in the classroom.
• Use Jolly Phonics to develop children's early reading and phonics skills.
• Maintain a nurturing, patient, creative, and child-centred teaching environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, NCE, or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education/Education.
• 3 years previous experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Practical knowledge of Jolly Phonics.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A nurturing, patient, creative, and child-centred approach to teaching.
