Strategy partner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Strategy Partner to serve as a Personal Brand & Content Coordinator, supporting the development and execution of an authentic personal brand that aligns with AIJ’s growth journey. This role blends strategic planning, visual coordination, and content production to ensure consistent, high-quality brand storytelling. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with personal brand goals and AIJ milestones
• Coordinate outfits, styling, and visual presentation for photo and video shoots
• Capture, organize, and archive raw content such as voice notes, video clips, and written reflections
• Edit and transform raw materials into polished, platform-ready social media posts and brand assets
• Identify and leverage synergies between personal brand narratives and key AIJ initiatives
• Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, aesthetic, and messaging guidelines Requirements:
• Proven experience managing end-to-end content creation workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and deadlines
• Keen eye for visual aesthetics, styling, and brand consistency
• Proficiency in basic content editing tools (photo/video) and digital asset management
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive personal or brand information
• Must be based in or able to work regularly from Ajah, Lagos
