Business Development Executive

Drive growth in a scalable agricultural ecosystem by onboarding members, selling larvariums, and connecting partners to structured agritech projects across multiple Nigerian locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new members into the cooperative
• Clearly present project opportunities to individuals and groups
• Sell larvariums to clients joining the cooperative
• Conduct field marketing, community outreach, and client visits
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Support registration and documentation processes
• Monitor participation and follow up to ensure consistency
• Provide market feedback and customer insights
• Maintain accurate and timely activity records

Requirements

• Minimum HND qualification in any relevant field
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or field engagement (advantage)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven with clear focus on results
• Confident, energetic, and effective in relationship building
• Basic record-keeping and organisational ability
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team
• English language proficiency

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: NGN 200,000/month
Additional Earnings: NGN 50,000 commission per successful enrolment; up to NGN 500,000+ monthly from performance rebates
