About the role
Sales Manager – Sujimoto
Lead sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue generation for Sujimoto's luxury apartment portfolio. This mid-level role requires driving sales performance, managing high-value client relationships, overseeing sales executives, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and unit sales targets
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive the sale of luxury apartments, penthouses, and serviced residences
- Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates to maximize revenue opportunities
- Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, private investors, corporate organizations, and real estate brokers
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Expand the company's client database and referral network
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and investment forums
- Recruit, coach, and supervise sales executives and relationship managers
- Liaise with HR to set KPIs and performance targets for the sales team
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and pipeline meetings
- Develop sales training initiatives to improve team effectiveness
- Manage relationships with high-value clients and investors
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
- Ensure client retention and repeat investment opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience
- At least 4 years in luxury real estate sales leadership
- Proven record of achieving multi-million naira sales targets
- Experience selling premium residential developments
- HND qualification (minimum)
- Strong luxury real estate sales experience
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Ability to engage high net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, corporate executives, and institutional buyers
- English language proficiency
Salary
NGN 400,000 – 600,000 monthly
