Godfrey Okoye University Teaching Hospital (GOUNITH) is seeking a Medical Records Officer to join their team. The role involves managing and maintaining medical records in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Support the medical department in record management and retrieval.
