About the role

Sales & Marketing Executive

Toyomax Energy Solution Enterprise is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to identify new business opportunities, pitch solar and inverter solutions, and close deals with homeowners, corporate offices, and factories across Lagos. No engineering background required—full technical training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek and identify potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial) in Lagos through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media
  • Client Pitching: Present, promote, and sell solar power solutions to prospective customers
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction and secure referrals
  • Market Awareness: Research current market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities in the Lagos solar ecosystem
  • Collaboration: Work with internal technical engineering team to deliver accurate proposals and site-assessment reports

Requirements

  • Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field (candidates with other backgrounds and proven sales track records welcome)
  • Experience: 1–5 years active experience in sales or marketing; prior experience selling high-value assets (real estate, insurance, automobiles, tech/solar hardware) is advantageous
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills; confident, resilient, and comfortable handling client objections
  • Location: Must be able to commute easily to Ikeja office daily and move around Lagos for client meetings

Salary

  • Base salary: ₦150,000 monthly during probation period
  • Uncapped commission structure based on closed solar projects
