Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the company’s logistics business and market share. Oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure efficient service delivery. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s logistics business and market share.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, profitability, and operational costs.
• Develop and manage business budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
• Prepare regular business performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
• Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industry.
• Proven experience in business management, operations, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and commercial processes.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze business performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business/operations software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
