IT Specialist (Supervisor 2 – Supervisor 3)

Unified Payment Services Limited is seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support to Hope PS Bank, covering implementation, monitoring, and support across the bank's digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Support technical implementation of new solutions
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Test and deploy updates to Hope Banking channels (USSD, Internet Banking, Agency, Mobile)
• Monitor daily transactions across all channels
• Provide second-level support to Hope PSBank Customer Care
• Monitor transactions on Hope's processing system (HDP)
• Monitor resource utilization on the Hope digital platform server
• Manage issue tracking
• Monitor Hope's core banking application (PRIME) daily
• Perform daily backups
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• OND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' IT support experience
