Head of IT

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of IT to lead our technology department and drive digital innovation. You will be responsible for developing the company's IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure and systems, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance, and managing digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications
• Ensure data security, cybersecurity measures, and regulatory compliance
• Manage core financial systems, digital platforms, and integrations
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
• Supervise and develop the IT team and external vendors
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery planning
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Finance teams to support business processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's is an advantage)
• Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Proven experience managing IT projects and vendors
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills

Salary

₦20,000,000 – ₦30,000,000 Annual Gross
