About the role

Human Resources and Administrative Manager

White Soul Group seeks an experienced HR and Administrative Manager to lead talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance initiatives. You will manage recruitment, compensation strategies, learning programs, and drive organizational culture and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle: recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for managerial, exempt, and professional roles
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to identify required skills and competencies for open positions
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends; research and propose competitive pay and incentive programs
  • Ensure new employees receive job descriptions, KPI documentation, offer letters, and relevant paperwork within 1 week of resumption
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs that create internal growth opportunities
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
  • Conduct HR research (surveys, data collection) to identify and solve organizational challenges
  • Advise departmental heads on daily employee and workplace issues
  • Drive regular performance appraisals and reviews
  • Coordinate vendor activities and manage timely vendor payments
  • Develop and implement change management and culture-building initiatives
  • Assist in policy development and integration
  • Establish compliance and control systems for HR and business practices
  • Communicate company ethos, policies, and processes across all organizational levels
  • Provide guidance to staff and management on company policies and available resources

Requirements

  • Expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits analysis
  • Experience managing employee relations and disciplinary matters
  • Understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Learning and development program design and delivery
