Digital Marketer

Ren San & Co. is hiring a Digital Marketer to manage social media presence, create engaging content, and drive community growth across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with organisational objectives
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, and written posts using Canva and other design tools
• Plan and optimise post schedules across Instagram and other social media platforms to maximise engagement
• Monitor audience preferences, emerging trends, and new technologies to keep content relevant
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Manage daily social media channel operations and maintain consistent brand voice
• Curate and organise visual assets and content libraries
• Plan, develop, and execute targeted social media campaigns with performance tracking
• Support sales teams by understanding customer needs and providing market insights
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketer
• Proven track record of building engaged online communities
• Strong understanding of multiple social media platforms
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills for different platforms
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, etc.)
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Professional demeanour and discretion
