Sales Associate - Kiditems

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a Sales Associate to drive in-store and online sales while managing social media content and product photography.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in-store and online, answering inquiries and guiding purchases
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue
• Take high-quality product pictures for promotional and social media use
• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Keep records of sales and assist in stock management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns

Requirements

• SSCE and above
• Sales and marketing skills
• Social media management and content creation
• Product photography skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Preferred age: 20s to 30s

Working Details

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
