About the role
Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Property Management)
We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate and property management operations. You will manage administrative tasks, tenant communications, and property records while working remotely on a flexible part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails and respond to tenant inquiries
- Maintain and update property records and documents
- Update property management systems
- Coordinate with HOAs (Homeowners Associations)
- Schedule follow-ups and support daily operations
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Virtual Assistant experience in Real Estate or Property Management
- Proficiency with email management, Dropbox, Google Sheets, and DocuSign
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection
- HOA knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Sync One or similar property management systems is preferred
