Field Sales Executive (Audio & Musical Equipment)

We are seeking a results-driven field sales executive with proven experience in selling audio and musical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across retail, corporate, educational, entertainment, and institutional markets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell professional audio and musical equipment to new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' field sales experience in audio and musical equipment sales.
• Strong knowledge of professional audio systems, musical instruments, public address (PA) systems, speakers, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, DJ equipment, and related accessories.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business development and customer acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
