Marketing Officer

AATA Power is seeking a Marketing Officer to develop and implement marketing strategies, drive lead generation, manage digital marketing and social media, and support brand management and corporate communications within the power, energy, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual marketing plans
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis; prepare market intelligence reports
• Generate and qualify leads; support conversion into business opportunities
• Manage digital marketing activities and social media platforms
• Support brand management, corporate communications, and marketing materials
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and corporate events
• Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Business Development, Operations, and other teams

Requirements

• BA/BSc/HND
• Minimum of 2–4 years' relevant marketing experience
• Experience in energy, power, industrial, or engineering sector is an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, social media, content development, and campaign execution
• Experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and market research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); graphic design knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities

Salary ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
