Front Desk / Customer Service Personnel
Voedsel Capital Limited is seeking a professional and customer-focused Female Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage the front desk and ensure a positive customer experience at all times
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings where necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues appropriately while ensuring excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Must have completed the NYSC programme
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Customer Service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
