About the role

Front Desk / Customer Service Personnel

Voedsel Capital Limited is seeking a professional and customer-focused Female Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage the front desk and ensure a positive customer experience at all times
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings where necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues appropriately while ensuring excellent service delivery

Requirements

  • Must have completed the NYSC programme
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Customer Service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
