Marketing Officer

Compovine Technologies is hiring a Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the execution of marketing and annual sales plans
• Attend and participate in marketing operations or events to increase brand awareness
• Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns across social media, print, and other channels
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to enhance marketing strategy effectiveness and company presence
• Track, record, and evaluate marketing activities using metrics; amend strategies as needed
• Create, oversee distribution, and publish marketing content and materials
• Develop and maintain customer research databases
• Identify market patterns, competitor offerings, and demographic opportunities for promotion and growth
• Achieve or exceed sales targets
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing

Requirements

• Strong marketing and promotional campaign experience
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to track metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness
• Customer research and market analysis capabilities
• Sales target achievement mindset
• Organizational and project management skills
