Sales & Marketing Executive

Grandville Medical & Laser is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and strengthen client relationships through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote products and services through online and offline marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage social media presence and support digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and corporate outreach programs
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports, including pipeline updates and performance analysis
• Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and relationship management abilities
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in target-driven environment
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
