About the role

Sales Manager

Alfred & Victoria Associates is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth by establishing client relationships, managing the sales team, and implementing strategic business plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with clients through support, information, and guidance
  • Identify prospect needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales consultants in lead generation and deal closure
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base and strengthen market presence
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Present sales, revenue, expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to management
  • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and monitor competition and new products
  • Maintain sales staff performance through counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraisal
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs for key demographics
  • Travel to other locations, towns, and outside the country as needed

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Experience:

  • 2–3 years as a Sales Manager
  • 3–5 years in sales
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance

Skills:

  • Quality management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Sales planning and target setting (monthly)
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Mentoring, motivational, and coaching abilities
  • Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Team player mentality
  • Fast learner with adaptability to change
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
