Head Legal / Company Secretary

The Concept Group is a holding company established in 1992, with subsidiaries such as Rosabon Financial Services, Concept Nova, and Percy Aitkins. We are seeking a Head Legal / Company Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal and corporate secretarial functions across the group.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide legal counsel and support to the management team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law or related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., Barrister, Solicitor, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law or legal management.

Salary:

• N800,000 - N1,200,000 Gross per month.
