About the Role

ASA Security is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. The ideal candidate will develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and online advertising
  • Coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as PR, events, outdoor advertising, print media, radio, and television campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to generate leads and support business growth
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3–6 years of marketing experience with hands-on exposure to digital and traditional channels
  • Demonstrated experience in 360-degree marketing and integrated campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing)
  • Experience in brand management, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
