About the role

Administrative Officer

Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking an organized and professional Administrative Officer to support day-to-day office operations in Ikeja, Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
  • Prepare, manage, and organize invoices and office documents
  • Run official company errands as required
  • Maintain proper filing systems and accurate record-keeping
  • Support coordination of office activities and operations
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and basic reports
  • Monitor office supplies and administrative needs
  • Assist management with scheduling and administrative duties
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all operations

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc. degree (graduate)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Female candidates preferred

Salary N150,000 – N200,000 per month
