Fertility Nurse Trainee
Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join their team as a Fertility Nurse Trainee. This role offers structured on-the-job training and mentorship in fertility care, reproductive health, and assisted reproductive services.
Responsibilities
- Assist fertility nurses and clinical team members in providing quality nursing care to fertility patients.
- Support patients through fertility assessments, treatment cycles, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and clinical observations.
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
- Assist with the administration of fertility medications under supervision.
- Prepare treatment areas and clinical equipment.
- Work collaboratively with fertility specialists, embryologists, and other multidisciplinary team members.
- Participate in structured training and competency assessments.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid professional license.
- Strong interest in fertility care and reproductive medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and develop specialized clinical competencies.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional, attentive to detail, and emotionally mature.
