Fertility Nurse Trainee

Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join their team as a Fertility Nurse Trainee. This role offers structured on-the-job training and mentorship in fertility care, reproductive health, and assisted reproductive services.

Responsibilities

• Assist fertility nurses and clinical team members in providing quality nursing care to fertility patients.
• Support patients through fertility assessments, treatment cycles, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and clinical observations.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.
• Assist with the administration of fertility medications under supervision.
• Prepare treatment areas and clinical equipment.
• Work collaboratively with fertility specialists, embryologists, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in structured training and competency assessments.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid professional license.
• Strong interest in fertility care and reproductive medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and develop specialized clinical competencies.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional, attentive to detail, and emotionally mature.
