Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is Nigeria's leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and Equipment Leasing firm, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and a member of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN). We are recruiting 3 Sales Team Leads to drive loan and investment sales across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales teams in loan and investment product offerings
- Drive business development and revenue growth
- Manage team performance and client relationships
Requirements
- Strong sales leadership experience
- Knowledge of loans and investment products
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Salary N250,000 – N300,000 per month
