About the role
Manager, Talent Operations
The Manager, Talent Operations manages all recruiting-related activities, equipping recruiters with effective tools, tracking recruitment metrics, and forecasting future talent needs. This role works jointly with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. Reports to the Director of Talent & Culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage all recruiting-related activities
- Equip recruiters with effective tools for the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics to identify best strategies and areas for improvement
- Forecast future talent needs
- Ensure recruiting teams meet hiring goals
- Oversee sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 4–6 years proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar HR role
- Professional certification
