Sales Supervisor – Givanas Cosmetics Nig Ltd

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics industry and excel at mentoring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of beauty advisors and field sales representatives
  • Identify new sales channels (distributors, wholesalers, modern trade) and build strong client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies designed to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, analyze market data, and adjust plans to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive sales experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry
  • Strong negotiation, team motivation, and consultative selling skills
