Marketing Manager

DHAP INTEGRATED SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategy across core product lines, with a specific focus on ethanol and agro-based products. You will be a strategic leader navigating the complexities of B2B industrial marketing and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for ethanol and agro-allied products
• Identify and penetrate new B2B market segments, focusing on chemical industries, FMCG raw materials, and industrial manufacturers
• Lead the business development lifecycle, from high-level prospecting and negotiation to long-term account management and retention
• Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and pricing shifts within the agro-industrial sector
• Oversee the company's brand positioning to ensure a consistent and professional image within the manufacturing and production environment
• Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a result-oriented culture focused on hitting aggressive growth targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in marketing, preferably from Ethanol, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Agro-allied industries
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field
• Deep understanding of Industrial/B2B marketing dynamics and manufacturing environments
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable marketing plans
• MBA or relevant professional marketing certification highly desirable
