About the role
ASA Security Limited is hiring a Marketing Manager - Digital & Offline to lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and on-ground channels in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search, display, website, and messaging platforms
- Manage on-ground activations, promotions, market surveys, and community engagement
- Support Sales team with lead generation, promotional materials, and campaign coordination; track marketing contributions to sales performance
- Work with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies; plan and manage budgets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; report insights to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Proven experience managing budgets and performance-driven campaigns
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication, and project management skills
Salary N300,000 - N400,000 per month
