We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying and prospecting companies in need of HR and People Solutions, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect companies needing HR and People Solutions
• Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Pitch and present services
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
• Prepare proposals and follow up
• Support client onboarding and satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven sales, business development or marketing experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Digital proficiency with LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp Business and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred

Salary ₦200,000 gross/month + commission & bonuses
