Sales Representative – GIG Logistics

Join our Commercial team as a Sales Representative and drive business growth by acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive logistics solutions across Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new individual and corporate customers to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Promote logistics, courier, freight, and e-commerce delivery solutions to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat business
• Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market intelligence
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements in line with company policies
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the Company's CRM system
• Prepare periodic sales reports and consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment

Preferred Experience

• Background in logistics, courier services, transportation, FMCG, banking, telecommunications, or other service-driven industries
• Experience with CRM tools
