Growth & Content Manager

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Growth & Content Manager to support two growing brands in the luxury beauty and business services industries. This role combines content creation, social media management, customer engagement, lead generation, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans aligned with brand goals and target audience
• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Design graphics, carousels, educational content, and promotional materials using Canva
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
• Research trends, audience interests, and content opportunities
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and content quality across platforms
• Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including publishing, community engagement, and lead generation support
• Maintain an organized content calendar and publishing schedule
• Monitor content performance, engagement metrics, and lead activity
• Prepare weekly reports with insights, recommendations, and improvement opportunities
• Support campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in content, social media, or growth marketing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating short-form video content and designing visuals using Canva
• Strong copywriting and customer communication skills
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to proofread and quality-check work before submission
• Understanding of how content and social media drive business growth and lead generation
