A Cafe on Orchid Road is seeking a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager (female preferred) to grow its presence on TikTok and Instagram. The role involves managing social media pages, creating content, and engaging with the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our TikTok & Instagram pages, engaging with our community daily
• Design flyers, posters, and graphics using Canva
• Shoot and edit on-site videos (reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes content)
• Plan and direct monthly content calendars
• Set up, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns and ads

Requirements

• Prior experience as a content creator
• Highly creative with strong ideas of their own
• Strong awareness of social media trends
• Studies international brands/creators and adapts ideas for local relevance
• Skilled in clean video editing and clean, aesthetic shooting
• Playful, warm, and personable communication style
• Speaks well and is friendly/approachable
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
• Genuine drive to grow and nurture an online community
• Basic experience with Canva and mobile video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Must reside around Orchid Road, Chevron, Ikota, or Ajah

Salary: ₦130,000/month
