Early Years Educator

A dedicated Early Years Educator is needed to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for young children. The role involves observing and documenting child development, creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment, and building strong relationships with parents.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate play-based and structured learning activities.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's growth, milestones, and individual needs.
• Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and play.
• Encourage positive social interactions, independence, and basic self-care routines.
• Build strong, professional relationships with parents and guardians through regular updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and child protection guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of N.C.E, OND, Diploma, or B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Montessori certification or an early childhood teaching credential is an added advantage.
• 1 year of experience working as an Early Years Educator or Assistant Teacher.
• Excellent communication, patience, creativity, basic computer literacy, and strong classroom management skills.
